A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will confirm that the item has left our warehouse.  If you selected a shipping option that includes a tracking number, or if you add a tracking number to your order, the email will also provide the tracking number.

Please note that the delivery times quoted do not include the time it takes for packaging and drop-off to the shipping company, so be sure to add 12-24 hours to the delivery times to allow for your order to be packaged.

*Exceptions:  All orders received on Sunday will ship the following Monday.  All orders received on US Postal Holidays will ship the following business day.

Notes:

1.  If you do not add a tracking number to your order, your order will not have a tracking number.   Please do not email us asking for a tracking number, if you did not add a tracking number to your order.

2.  Our packages are not automatically insured against damage that happens during shipping.  We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.  Please be sure to add shipping insurance to your order to cover damage that may occur during shipping.  Please do not email us regarding damaged shipments, unless you added shipping insurance to your order.
