Return Policy -  All Goods Returned Must Include a Completed RMA Form and an RMA Number -No Exceptions.  Click here for the (RMA) form

 

There is a $1.00 minimum charge for all refunds.

 

To exchange goods, please make a new purchase directly from the website and then send the other items back for a refund of the original purchase price. We will confirm the new purchase was made of equal/greater value, and then the restocking charge will automatically be waived.  Simply note the date of the new purchase on the RMA form and send that along with your return to have the restocking charge automatically waived.  

 

All returned items must be received in as-new condition.  

 

We will exchange any products purchased from us dollar for dollar, but all items must be received in as-new condition.

 

 

If a refund is requested and no new purchase is made, we retain a 20% testing/restocking charge on the returned goods.

 

 

Returns for refunds must be received back here within 45 days of the original date of purchase for a refund to be issued.  If your purchase was longer than 45 days, we will offer store credit on the returns.

 

 

You must email us prior to sending returns to receive an Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.  All returns must include a completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) form which must include your RMA number, which will be sent to you via email.

 

 

We will not accept any merchandise returned to us that was purchased elsewhere or any merchandise that is special/custom ordered. 

 

 

We will not process any returns that do not include the completed (RMA) form and assigned RMA number - No Exceptions.  Any returns received without a completed  (RMA) form and RMA number may be returned to sender.

 

 

We do not refund for shipping and handling charges.  If you are exchanging for something different than what you purchased, you may have to pay shipping and handling charges.

 

 

Please mail items back in a box via regular first class postal mail.

 

 

You must include a completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) form form with your assigned RMA number with all returns.

 

 

Returns that are are received here damaged will be returned to you at your expense or discarded after 30 days.   DO NOT SHIP LIGHT BULBS IN PAPER ENVELOPES!!!

 

All items returned to us are inspected and tested thoroughly by a knowledgeable & highly skilled technician using a calibrated power supply.  Any items received as "defective" that are determined not to be defective, will be exchanged for a brand new item and sent back to you at your expense, or refunded less the 20% retesting/restocking charge.
